Held at

St. John the Divine Anglican Church, 579-5th Street, Courtenay

This is a non-sectarian meditation group open to all ages.   Each time we meet there will be some gentle mindful movement, a sitting meditation (some will be guided), group dialog and time for community.  Occasionally we will listen to a talk or watch a DVD.  A variety of approaches to meditation will be explored.

There is no fee for the group.  Since we are renting space, a suggested minimum donation is $5.  Any funds remaining at the end of each year will be donated to Childhaven.

Facilitator: Comox Valley Resident, Peter Brother, has been practicing meditation for 20 years and teaching for over 15 years.

Sunday afternoons 2-3 PM

January 7 & 21 – February 4 & 18
