This class is a gentle use of postures and movement in combination with the breath to develop awareness, flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation. Yoga encourages personal alignment of your body and Mind, bringing balance, strength, and calmness to you, the practitioner. It will include freeing up the joints. Attention will be given to needs of each individual. Each session will end with a guided relaxation. Bring your own yoga mat.
Instructor: Peter Brother is a senior himself and has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for 15 years.
