This class is a gentle use of postures and movement in combination with the breath to develop awareness, flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation.   Yoga encourages personal alignment of your Body and Mind, bringing balance, strength, and calmness to you, the practitioner.   It will include freeing up the joints.   Attention will be given to the needs of each individual.  It is suitable for all ages.  Each session will end with a guided relaxation.
